Q5: Can I get a catalog or physical samples of your past work?

We are not a traditional trading company. Q7: What information do you need to give me an accurate quote?
Ideally: Quantity, Size, Material preference, and your Logo/Artwork (if available). If you don't know the specs, just send us a reference photo!

Stage 2: Design & Development
Q1: I don't have a designer. Can you help me with the artwork?
Yes, we offer free design assistance. Send us your high-res logo, and we will create a production-ready dieline (mockup) for you.
Q2: What file formats do you accept?
For the best print quality, we prefer vector files: AI, PDF, EPS, or SVG. High-resolution PNG/JPG (300dpi) is acceptable for some items.
Q3: Can you match a specific color?
Yes. We use the Pantone Matching System (PMS). Please provide TPX, TCX, or C codes. If you only have a physical fabric swatch, mail it to us, and we will match it.
Q4: Will the colors on my screen match the final product?
Screens (RGB) and print (CMYK) differ. That's why we always recommend a physical pre-production sample for critical color matching.
Q5: How much does sampling cost?
It varies by product, but typically ranges from $30-$100.
Q6: Is the sample fee refundable?
Yes! The sample fee is fully credited back to you when you place a bulk order (meeting the refund threshold).
Q7: How long does sampling take?
Paper items: 3-5 days. Woven/Fabric labels: 3-5 days. Plastic bags: 5-7 days.
Q8: Can you copy a sample if I send you a photo?
A physical sample is best for accuracy (texture/weight), but we can replicate closely from high-quality photos and detailed specs.
Q9: Do you provide 3D digital mockups?
Yes, we provide 2D or 3D proofs for approval before we start any metal mold or printing plate production.
Q10: What if I need to change the design after seeing the sample?
That's what samples are for! We can revise the design. Note that if new molds/plates are needed, a small setup fee may apply.
Stage 3: Production & Quality Control
Q1: What is your standard turnaround time for bulk production?
After sample approval: 7-10 days for labels/tags; 10-14 days for bags.
Q2: Can you accept Rush Orders?
Yes. If you have a tight launch date, let us know. We can often expedite production to 5-7 days for an extra fee.
Q3: How do you ensure quality during production?
We have a "Boots-on-the-Ground" QC team. We inspect raw materials, print quality, and cutting accuracy at every stage.
Q4: Can I see the products before you ship them?
Absolutely. We send detailed photos and videos of the finished bulk order for your final approval before dispatch.
Q5: Do you offer Kitting or Assembly services?
Yes! We can pre-string tags, cut and fold labels, or pack items into sets. We do the tedious manual work so you don't have to.
Q6: Can you apply stickers or barcodes to my packaging?
Yes, we can print and apply SKU labels, barcodes, or size stickers directly onto your bags or boxes.

Delays are rare, but if they happen (e.g., material shortage), we will notify you immediately and propose a solution (like split shipping) to minimize impact.

We aim for minimal waste. For eco-friendly lines, our production scraps are often recycled or disposed of responsibly.

Yes. For example, you can order 10,000 hang tags split into 4 different size/color versions (Small set-up fees may apply per version).

Stage 4: Logistics & Delivery
Q1: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally every day. Our main markets are USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe.
Q2: What shipping methods do you offer?
Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3-5 days. Air Freight: 7-12 days. Sea Freight: 25-35 days (best for heavy/bulky orders).
Q3: Can you handle customs and taxes for me? (DDP)
Yes! We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service. We handle all customs paperwork and tax payments. You just receive the goods at your door.
Q4: Can you consolidate products from other suppliers?
Yes. If you have other goods made in China, you can send them to our warehouse. We will consolidate everything into one shipment to save you shipping costs.
Q5: How are the products packed for safety?
We use reinforced corrugated cartons, waterproof inner bags, and corner protectors to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition.
Q6: Can you split the shipment to different addresses?
Yes. We can send part of the order to your office and the rest directly to your garment factory in China or Vietnam.
Q7: Do you offer Blind Shipping (Drop Shipping)?
Yes. We can ship directly to your customer or factory without our company name on the paperwork, protecting your business privacy.
Q8: How do I track my order?
Once shipped, we will provide a tracking number immediately so you can monitor the status online.

It is based on the greater of Actual Weight or Volumetric Weight. We optimize packaging to keep volume low.

Q1: What is your return/refund policy for defective items?
If the error is ours (e.g., wrong color, typo, poor quality), we will reproduce the order for free or offer a full refund.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods with photos/videos. We will investigate and resolve it immediately.
Q3: Do you keep my molds/plates for reorders?
Yes. We keep molds and screens on file for 2 years. Reordering is fast and cheaper (no new setup fees).
Q4: Can you ensure color consistency for reorders next year?
Yes. We keep a "Master Sample" of your first order in our archive to ensure the next batch matches perfectly.
Q5: Will you sell my design to other customers?
Never. We respect your intellectual property. We are happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) upon request.
